Cooked on our maple charcoal PIT aromatised with Hickory Chips. All our meats are prepared with our  BOOTLEGGER SPICES. Grilled exactly to your liking and served with our  BACKFIRE SAUCE.

Guided Tour

A 20 minute guided tour will be offered during the evening, before , during or after your meal.
