Backfire chicken wings
- 3 pounds of chicken wings
- 1 cup of Backfire Sauce
- Preheat oven to 450 °F.
- Split the sauce, one half used for cooking and the other half for serving.
- Mix the chicken wings with the sauce and bake in the oven for indirect cooking at 420 °F during about 30 minutes. If the space for the rack is insufficient for indirect cooking, place the burner at maximum capacity and turn the wings over every 5 minutes so they don’t burn.
- Serve the wings with the sauce and enjoy.
